Orders

Browse our shop, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save your details for next time. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Please email us at hello@stationery-corner.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.

Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account to check your order history, or contact us and we'll look into it.

Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout for £2.50. Your order will arrive in tissue paper inside a branded box, with a handwritten gift note if you'd like one.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11pm. International orders typically take 7–14 working days.

Yes — standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard delivery is £3.95.

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery starts from £9.95. Please note that import duties and local taxes may be applicable — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also view your order status at any time in your account under My Orders.

Returns & Refunds

Email us at returns@stationery-corner.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK orders). Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Yes, sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items — unused, in original packaging, within 30 days. The only exceptions are items marked as final sale at time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional few days to show the credit in your account.

Products

Sustainability is central to how we curate our range. We seek out brands that use FSC-certified paper, recycled materials, and responsible manufacturing. Our own packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable.

Most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly. Use the “Notify me” button on the product page to receive an email when it's back in stock. For limited editions, we can't always guarantee a restock.

Absolutely — it's one of the things we're most proud of. Alongside well-known stationery houses, we work with small independent makers and designers from the UK and around the world.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view your order history, and manage your wishlist. It only takes a minute to set up.
