Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels attached. The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made products, downloadable items, opened ink cartridges, or items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase.
Email us at returns@stationery-corner.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Return items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Include your order number inside the parcel.
We'll email you a prepaid return label for UK orders. For international returns, you are responsible for return postage costs.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@stationery-corner.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
